Eisenach Village is a new type of active adult community with a focus on freedom... Freedom from the chores and home maintenance of everyday life and freedom to experience the lifestyle, leisure and learning that the community offers. Eiseanch Village is located in Waverly, Iowa just north of the Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community campus and west of the Wartburg College campus. |

Structure maintenance and repair
Lawn and landscape care
Snow removal
- Interior maintenance
Repair or replacement of all major appliances including furnace, air conditioner, water heater, water softener, clothes washer, clothes dryer, kitchen range, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and garage door opener.
(excluding additional costs for elected upgrades)
Electrical and plumbing conveyances
- Access to the Community Center/Club House (exercise room, meeting areas, social areas) for personal use and Eisenach Village - sponsored events.
- Insurance of the home structures and Community Center/Club House.
- Priority consideration for access to other Bartels Lutheran Retirement Community facilities and services.

| .RELATIONSHIP WITH WARTBURG COLLEGE |
|
|
|
|
| Eisenach Village residents will enjoy a host of lifestyle benefits as a part of the thriving community atmosphere. Residents will have access to numerous exclusive opportunities in association with Wartburg College. |

- Each Eisenach Village household will receive a one-time $50 gift card to The W. If Eisenach Village residents then choose to join The W, Wartburg College will waive their activation fee.
- Eisenach Village residents will receive a Wartburg Passport (ID card) that will allow the following privileges and access:
- Free admittance to all Wartburg College athletic events
- Free admittance to all Wartburg College music recitals and music ensemble concerts. Some recitals could be held at the Eisenach Village Club House.
- Free admittance to one performance (annually) of Christmas with Wartburg College
- Tuition-free enrollment as an auditor in classes that have seats available, assuming any prerequisites for the course have been met
- One free session per year in “Keep on Learning.” “Keep on Learning” could be held at the Eisenach Village Club House.
- 25% discounted tickets for Wartburg College Artist Series season subscriptions
- Establishment of Wartburg College All-Campus Spending account
- On-site flu shots
- Eisenach Village residents can be member of or serve as leader of service trips, with Center for Community Engagement approval
- Eisenach Village residents may enroll in or serve as additional chaperone for May Term travel courses, with instructor approval (tuition would be free, but any additional fees for travel would be charged)
- Eisenach Village residents may participate in “Eisenach Village” travel tours developed in collaboration with the Wartburg Advancement Office
